Rough Notes

Paper is about examining ecological risk-assessment. Specifically, this paper examines how environmental stressors (e.g. toxic chemicals) and ecological receptors (e.g. fish) co-occurr across a landscape.

A Bayesian framework is applied to data on fish streams and nutrients, and the results indicate that the model is able to show empirical insight into environmental and ecotoxicological interactions influencing co-occurrence. This involves bringing together 3 different data sets.
